There's a lot we need to learn from our grandmoms but consuming commercial dairy just isn't one of those things . Even organic dairy like what they use to have doesn't suit some of us today because it's still hot lactose ! Apart from the fact that dairy is processed very differently now and the fact that we are constantly in fight flight mode changes the way we process some already inflammatory foods .

- It actually robs your body of calcium opposite to our traditional beliefs . The mechanism behind this is that when protein from milk is broken down it produces acid and to neutralize this and flush out the excess acid your body leaches calcium stores because calcium is an excellent neutraliser . 1 It causes Acne ! The growth hormones cause inflammation which clogs pores and triggers acne . Why this happens ? Because cows are treated / pumped with synthetic hormones and antibodies to keep them alive and producing milk .
