Mitchell Starc will be leading the bowling attack of Australia in the ICC World Test Championship Final against India at the Kennington Oval in London. The winner of this Test will be crowned the champions of the longest format.
Starc has plenty of experience under his belt and it will come in handy when the Aussies will be eyeing another title. Starc is lethal with the new ball and has a decent record against India. He has picked up 44 wickets in 17 matches at an average of 38.68.

#3 3/106 - 4th Test, Sydney (January 6 - 10, 2015)
The fourth and final game of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2015 was played at the Sydney Cricket Ground. The game ended in a draw but there were some brilliant individual performances. India were knocked over on 475 in their first innings, thanks to Mitchell Starc. He bowled nicely and finished with figures of 3/106 in 32 overs, which included seven maidens. He followed it by picking two wickets in the second innings.
#2 3/46 - 2nd Test, Perth (December 14 – 18, 2018)
Australia won the second game of the four-match Test series in 2018. India were set a target of 287 and the Australian bowlers stepped up and knocked over the visitors on 140 to win the game by 146 runs. Starc set the tone by cleaning up KL Rahul in the very first over. He picked up two more and finished with three wickets as they completed a dominant performance with the ball.
#1 4/53 – 1st Test, Adelaide (December 17 - 19, 2020)
The first Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2020 was a day-night fixture. Mitchell Starc has a fabulous record with the pink ball and he wreaked havoc in the Indian camp. He bowled brilliantly and picked up a four-fer, giving away 53 runs in 21 overs in India’s first innings. It helped them dismiss India on 244. These remain Starc’s best figures against India in Tests.
