You're absolutely wrong!

As it is rightly mentioned in the parent post that imposing anything would make them repulsive towards the very act of social work.

They might begin hating the idea of social service because no one wants to feel confined and bound in doing something, even if it's an act of kindness.

Moreover, kindness cannot be concocted; it can only be bestowed on someone through knowledge or learning.

So let them choose how they really want to lend a hand to someone.

Don't force it! Period!!
