The youth is one of the priorities as outlined in the budget of 2023.

Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana was launched in 2015 its main aim was skilling, reskilling and upskilling.

The fourth phase is announced in the 2023 budget to help "Amrit Peedhi" feel empowered and realise their dreams.

The scheme will be launched in the next three years to skill lakhs of youth.

The focus would be to increase the skills in youth which is relevant to the current industrial norms.

This will make the youth capable of finding employment and self-employment opportunities.

The scheme will cover courses like "Industry 4.0 technologies such as coding, AI, robotics, IoT, mechatronics, 3D printing, drones and soft skills. On-job training, industry partnership."

Such transformation in learning will invite numerous jobs for young India.
